Life: It Is What It Is

So this was our trip to Kalaoch Beach #4. Brian and I took, Daniel, Dakota, Statton and Ethan. It was one of the two lowest tides in 10 years and the lowest for another 10 years or so. Normally all those rocks you see are deep under water. It was not the greatest day to go. It was rainy and windy. The elements were against us, but they werent going to stop us! The day before was PERFECT apparently, but this worked out like a fart in church (stattons words lol) It was an exciting experience for the boys as well as us. We saw lots of neato things..... We saw TONS of colorful starfish. The orange-ish colored ones, the children said were patricks. Then we saw a LOAD of sea snails. Obviously, those were garys. No sponges though. :0) We also saw some sea menemanies.... or are they, sea enemies..or..whatever!!!! This was a HUGE WALL of them..they look small thanks to the camera, but they are actually about 4-8 inches in diameter! AWESOME! Regarless of the weather, the day turned out to be p...

So here in the great town of Aberdeen, not much is going on. Clouds and some needed mist is all. I sit here in this house everyday, doing the same thing over and over again. Dishes, Laundry ect. And its litereally driving me insane. Or so it feels. Not only do i do that everyday, but im getting to the point in my pregnancy where there isnt much I can do. I have to "take it easy". Which is pretty hard for me because i'm a pretty independent person. Brian leaves for work about 8 am and doesnt get home until 6:30ish pm. Id love to have people come over, but i have exiled some of the main people in my life, who weren't very good influences to my family. So there is a sacrifice. One that will pay off. I would be more social, but I dont work, or go to school, and it makes it hard to connect with people. So, I have this world surrounding me(my home) and i make it my own. And its fun for a little bit, then it gets boring again. Ethan is bored out of him mind as well. He will...

So, we go through alot of mayonnaise simply for the fact that Brian loves to bring sandwhiches to work. So i buy a couple jars a month for him to enjoy his ham and pepperjack oh wheat bread. Then I thought, Maybe it would save cost to make some. so i tried. It came out pretty good. And since Brian likes spicy, I added some tobasco to give it some extra flavor. It made a good cheese sandwhich! 2 whole eggs 1 Tsp Ground Mustard 1/2 Tsp Paprika 1/8 Tsp Pepper 1/8 Tsp Salt 1/4 C. Lemon Juice 2 C. Oil. Mix ingredients (except oil) After ingredients are mixed, slowly add oil. THATS IT! *Next thing will be homemade butter. It will be fun for Ethan and I.*

So...I got this truck for Brian for Father's Day. Yea, its a pretty big gift, but its well deserved. Brian has done sooo much for Ethan and I. And, I got a KILLER deal on it. $1500!!!!!! its got a V8 Its got a 8000 lb winch Its lifted It says Brian all over it. He was drooling over this rig for a while. Well, I was already planning on selling my car. And when i did, i bought it without Brians knowledge. I showed up to his work with it. HE CRAPPED! I could have bought lots of things with that money, but I didnt want to take, I wanted to give. And Brian...wow..he deserves it. Sometimes he is sooooo under-appriciated (by his friends and family) and it makes me sooo angry. I want him to know that everything he does (at least with me) never goes un-noticed. He's pretty happy. So am I.

While Ethan was catchin' bugs, i was picking flowers which are assumed to be weeds, but i think they are cute. Very large...bute cute :0)

One of Ethan's favorite hobbies...... BUG CATCHIN' As you can see, he likes to give the bugs things to eat and play with. There is a cookie in there(oreo) and white crayon for coloring and a batman gummy snack. And of course grass and a twig. If he could he would search and search and search...and he does.

Its getting so close to lil Ezra's birthday. Whenever he wants to come out. I dont feel like we are very prepared for him yet..but God always comes through. Ethan is getting super anxious. Hes always feeling my belly, wondering if baby brother is kicking. Brian is getting super nervous....And although i am EXTERMELY nervous...i am very excited..I wonder what he will look like..wonder if he has all his fingers and toes..who's characteristics will he have..i dont know I dont have any weird cravings. I have a little bit of a self image problem..but that is temperary. I would imagine alot of pregnant women have that. Then the baby is born, and its like loosing 25-30 lbs and then you feel great about yourself. I am NOT excited for producing milk. To me that is the most PAINFUL crap...But its always worth it in the end. To me, this child is a blessing. As every child is.
